Automatic Renewal Agreement

1. Acceptance of Authorization

By subscribing to the Monvo AI Premium Service (including Monthly, Yearly, or other auto-renewable plans), you unequivocally agree to this Automatic Renewal Agreement. You authorize Monvo AI (and its payment processors, such as Apple and Google) to automatically deduct the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from your account balance 24 hours prior to the expiration of your current subscription.

2. Service Description & Billing Rules

2.1 Subscription Types: We offer continuous monthly and yearly subscription plans.

2.2 Automatic Deduction:

  • Apple Users: Fees will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Android Users: Fees will be charged to your Google Play Account.

You acknowledge that if the deduction fails due to insufficient funds or account issues, the Monvo AI Premium Service may be suspended or terminated immediately.

2.3 Timing: The deduction process typically occurs within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Once successful, your subscription term will be extended by one billing cycle.

3. Pricing & Adjustments

3.1 Price Changes: Monvo AI reserves the right to adjust subscription prices based on business needs or market changes. Any price changes will be communicated to you via in-app notifications or email prior to the next billing cycle.

3.2 No Retroactive Charges: If the price increases, the new price will apply only to future renewals. If you do not agree to the price change, you have the right to cancel the automatic renewal before the new price takes effect.

4. How to Cancel (Unsubscribe)

You have the right to cancel the automatic renewal at any time. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription expires.

For iOS (Apple Store)

  1. Open "Settings" app.
  2. Tap your Name/Apple ID.
  3. Tap "Subscriptions".
  4. Select "Monvo AI".
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription".

For Android (Google Play)

  1. Open Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your Profile Icon.
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions".
  4. Select "Monvo AI".
  5. Tap "Cancel subscription".

Note: Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription.

5. No Refund Policy

Once the fee has been successfully deducted for a billing cycle, it is non-refundable (subject to applicable laws). You will continue to have access to the Premium Service until the end of that billing period, after which the service will terminate.

6. Termination of Service

Monvo AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without notice if:

  • You use the service for any illegal purposes.
  • You attempt to bypass the payment system or use malicious software to access Premium features.
  • You violate the Monvo AI Terms of Service.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
